Small Group Bubble Training Groups- Max 5-6 people per class

In Studio, 

we have a few options for your workout needs.

In Person Studio Classes- Register for a session of classes to secure your spot with a bubble group- choose from program schedule

In Person Drop In Classes- Purchase your class pass and book at your leisure from the Class Pass Classes available. First come first serve. Space not guaranteed. Class may be cancelled if minimum registration is not met each time.

Gym Therapy- Purchase your Gym Therapy pass and book the studio for your own private workout time. No trainer, no group- just you and the iron.

Private Individual Training- Hire a trainer to lead you through your own private, specific workout. Limited Availability.

Private Small Group Training- Hire a trainer to lead you and up to 4 friends in your own private group workout. Limited Availability.

Stationary cycling indoors with fun music, drills and personal challenges. Add resistance as you see fit and ride to the rhythm with a group for motivation and support.
