DROP IN CLASS CANCELLATION

Please book your class/program when you know you can attend and are committed to attending as there are no refunds or credits for missed classes or cancellations.

Cancellations will be charged in full.

NO SHOW for your booked appointment will result in Full payment for the missed class plus an additional $20 no show fee will be charged.

REGISTRATION PROGRAM CANCELLATION

You may cancel your pre-registration for the series up to 72 hours before the start date of the series to obtain a credit for future use that will expire 6 months from cancellation date. No Refunds.  **A $50.00 admin fee will be deducted from your credit for your cancellation.

Missed classes during the series will not be refunded or credited.

MEDICAL FITNESS/ PERSONAL TRAINING/ NEUROKINETIC THERAPY 

Strict 24 hour cancellation window- Appointments cancelled within the 24 hour window will result in 50% payment for the first offence and 100% payment for further offences. Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of the trainer for emergencies only.

Rescheduling with more than 24 hours notice will not result in a fee.
